In order to provide you with the highest possible level of service, Magellan Vacations will collect certain personal information such as your name, address, and credit-related information, which we refer to as your credentials. Magellan Vacations is committed to protecting the security of your credentials. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to safeguard your credentials from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

For example, we store the credentials you provide to us on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. Credit Card information is stored and transmitted in encrypted form such as via the Secure Socket Layer protocol.

Magellan Vacations employees are only permitted access to customers’ personal information for the express purpose of providing direct service to you, our valued customer. Employees who do not need access to your credentials in order to perform their job function are prevented from accessing those credentials.
